用途與特點：
在氮磷鉀復(fù)合肥生產(chǎn)中，燃油燃氣蒸汽鍋爐得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。在氮磷鉀復(fù)合肥造粒中為轉(zhuǎn)股造粒機提供了必要的高溫高濕環(huán)境，對于球狀顆粒的形成，以及成品中氮，磷，鉀元素的均勻分布提供了重要的作用。鍋爐燃燒室設(shè)計合理，完全適應(yīng)城市煤氣、天然氣、輕柴油、重油等多種燃料，燃燒完全，煙氣污染物少。控制系統(tǒng)采用機電一體化控制設(shè)備和可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)聯(lián)合控制方式，并配套意大利利雅路/百得、芬蘭奧林、德國威索等國際知名品牌燃燒器。

Use and Features:
In the production NPK compound fertilizer, fuel gas steam boiler has been widely applied. In the granulation NPK compound fertilizer, it provides the necessary high temperature and high humidity environment for the granulation machine, which plays an important role in the formation of balls, as well as the uniform distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the finished product. The combustion chamber of the boiler is reasonable in design and fully adapted to many kinds of fuels such as city gas, natural gas, light diesel oil and heavy oil. The control system adopts the joint control mode of mechatronics control equipment and programmable logic controller (PLC), and supports international famous brand combustors such as BALTUR,RIELLO,OILON and WEISHAUPT.
